Communication was generally smooth, the quality of the products was not as good as I hoped. Some of the designs were unusable as they did not match the requirements and had a cheap appearance. It would have been much better if 3D renderings/CADs could have been done, as the drawings were juvenille and difficult to work with. It took a lot of back and forth iterations to get the measurements and details right.
